The Problem
Eating habits and sleep play an essential role in a person’s health. Eating healthy helps us to grow properly and reduces the risk of diseases like heart attack, diabetes, and obesity. In the recent pandemic, people with strong immunity and good eating habits were more likely to survive the virus. Due to the hectic routines and hesitation of visiting nutritionists, the health-conscious people are sometimes not able to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The application will provide users with easy-to-use interface through which they can feed their data into systems only once when they register, later on, all the recommendations and content will be provided based on this data.
